If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo or video proof, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed items for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
